Sometimes you just need a break, time to re-adjust and rekindle the motivation and love to blog.
I have done just that.
We arrived in Dublin, Ireland just before New Years. Before jetsetting across the world though, our life was a complete whirlwind! We found out we were set to leave one week prior. That meant scheduling our renters, packing up our entire house for storage and moving out... all over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We were out of our house the day after Christmas and flew to Ireland the very next day. So surreal!
When we arrived, the next step was finding a home. We stayed in a hotel for the first week or so, on a mad search for an apartment. (BTW, if find yourself vacationing here The Westbury hotel is lovely and perfectly located.) While hotel living is fun, living out of a suitcase is not ideal. Thankfully we found a fabulous apartment, on a lovely street, but still close to all the hustle & bustle of the busy Dublin streets.
A recent 'gram of our doorstep
So far, Dublin has been absolutely amazing! The streets are gorgeous and the people are so friendly. The weather is a bit colder and more brisk than home, but we've managed to bundle up and bare the cold. Everything we need is within walking distance, so we've been forced to brave it out. And what's more romantic that roaming the streets together, exploring our new home?!

I want to go to Ireland. My mom and sister went a number of years ago. So envious! Ha so funny I had a dream last night about meeting an Irish boyfriend. Have no idea why. But the accent is awesome!
